Education

• Agnieszka Janicka graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She is also a graduate of administrative studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. During her studies, she was a member of the Scientific Association of Administrative Law and she created and co-authored articles published in the Student Journals of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.

• She completed her legal adviser apprenticeship in 2013-2015, and then in 2016 she passed the bar exam with a positive result, was entered on the list of legal advisers, becoming a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk. During the legal adviser apprenticeship, she acted as a volunteer at the Women's Rights Center in Gdańsk, where she provided legal advice and prepared pleadings.

Areas of specialization

​

Agnieszka Janicka specializes in issues related to the handling of commercial processes  investment - mainly for the telecommunications industry and "life sciences". Agnieszka's areas of specialization also include civil law, commercial law, construction law, civil procedure and labor law.

 

In the INTESA Law Firm, she deals with issuing opinions and drafting contracts, including civil, commercial and labor law contracts, contract negotiations, as well as analysis and preparation of pleadings, drafting legal opinions and ongoing support for business entities. ​

Experience

​

• Agnieszka Janicka gained her professional experience by working in debt collection companies, entities dealing with compensation law, in judicial authorities, and from 2013 in law firms. She has been associated with the law firm INTESA since 2017.
   

• She has experience in providing services to business entities, including preparation and review of contracts, dispute resolution, economic negotiations, pre-trial proceedings and advisory services related to minimizing the risk of litigation, as well as legal representation in court cases. ​
