Paweł Wojdak graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Toruń in 2003. He also achieved a diploma of Jeann Monnet Institute of European Special Studies and diploma in English and European law at the University of Cambridge Center for English and European Legal Studies. In 2009 he passed attorney’s-at-law professional exam and entered the bar of attorneys-at-law. He gained professional experience while cooperating with leading law firms operating in Tri-City as well as in Warsaw. Since 2010 he is a Partner in INTESA Law Firm.
Paweł Wojdak specializes in providing comprehensive legal consultancy services to business entities, with particular emphasis on foreign investors and companies with foreign capital, as well as in supporting investment processes – mainly related to the construction and extension of manufacturing plants as well as telecommunication and energy investments. He advised on the implementation of several dozen commercial projects each worth more than PLN 10.000.000,00.
Paweł Wojdak combines the competence of legal and business advisor to Our Clients – he also advises in the creation of new business entities, analyzes legal requirements applicable to their business, creates a secure legal environment for their development, and ensures that legal services of Our Law Firm comply to the business context of Our Clients activities. Together with a group of foreign law firms, that cooperate with INTESA, he organizes and supports the expansion of Polish entrepreneurs to the markets of Central Europe, also through the creation of subsidiaries, including the Baltic States and Russia.
The main area of Paweł Wojdak’s expertise includes civil and commercial law, commercial contract law, public procurement law, competition law, broadly understood administrative law and law of new technologies – with particular emphasis on copyright law, information technology and personal data protection. He provides legal services to numerous entities from the IT sector, including both firmly operating companies developing their products, as well as software-houses and start-ups, therein in the context of strategic and current legal conditions of their operations, as well as mutual relationships’ regulations between the founders and investors.
Paweł Wojdak speaks fluent English – his services include preparation of trade agreements, legal opinions and procedural documents in English, as well as conducting English proceedings in international arbitration tribunals, incl. International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
